About the Retrofit Tech Abu Dhabi Summit

Sustainability is an ever-important topic in today’s world; With an increase in global attention, alongside the fact that the UAE will be hosting the prestigious COP 28 in 2023, finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint has never been more relevant.

Lighting and HVACR account for the largest expenditure in energy in Abu Dhabi, so whether it is through retrofitting existing buildings with more efficient technologies and solutions or incorporating
resource-optimized designs and technologies in newer buildings, significant savings can still be made.

The Second Annual Retrofit Tech Abu Dhabi Summit is taking place on 1 – 2 June 2022 at the Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, officially co-hosted by Abu Dhabi Energy Services (ADES), bringing together key stakeholders across the Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Retrofitting sectors to help achieve Abu Dhabi’s inspiring energy goals.
